Controller

DSE skupina, d.o.o., Škofjeloška cesta 17, 1215 Medvode, Slovenia, is the controller for sign-up and account data. For the content of your workspace we act as your processor.

What we collect

At sign-up: your name, work email, company name and workspace address. In use: data you and your team enter, and technical logs (IP address, time, actions) needed for security.

Why

To create and run your workspace, to send service emails (sign-up link, password, notifications you set), for security and billing. We do not sell data and do not use your workspace content to train AI models.

Where

Workspaces are hosted in the European Union (Slovenia). Service emails are sent through an EU-compliant email provider; the website is delivered through a content delivery network.

How long

Account data for as long as your workspace exists. After deletion, backups are overwritten within 30 days.

Your rights

You can request access, correction, export or deletion of your personal data, and object to processing, at info@orbinio.eu. You can also complain to the Slovenian Information Commissioner (ip-rs.si).

Changes

We will announce material changes in the application and by email.
