Questions
Where is my data?
In a data centre in Slovenia, in the EU. Each workspace has its own database. We do not use your data to train AI models.
What happens after the 30 days of Team?
You choose. Without a subscription the workspace switches to Core and stays free for up to 5 users. Nothing is deleted; Team features become read-only until you subscribe.
Can we move to full TOMAS Next later?
Yes. Orbinio and TOMAS Next share the same code, so we switch on the extra modules in your workspace. Your projects, documents and history stay where they are.
Can we import our data?
Customers, contacts, projects and tasks can be imported from Excel. Documents can be uploaded in bulk, including folders.
Do we need training?
No. Step-by-step help is built into every screen. For larger teams we offer onboarding sessions.
