Who we are

Orbinio is provided by DSE skupina, d.o.o., Škofjeloška cesta 17, 1215 Medvode, Slovenia (VAT SI65296362). Contact: info@orbinio.eu.

Your workspace

When you sign up, we create a private workspace for your organisation at your chosen address. You are responsible for the people you invite and for the content they add.

Plans and limits

Core is free for up to 5 users with the limits shown on the pricing page. Paid plans are billed per user. We may change prices with at least 30 days notice; the change applies from your next billing period.

Acceptable use

Do not use Orbinio for unlawful content, to send spam, to attack the service or to resell it without our written agreement.

Availability and support

We aim for continuous availability but do not guarantee it on the free plan. Paid plans include support by email.

Your data

Your data stays yours. You can export it and ask us to delete your workspace at any time. See the Privacy policy for details.

Ending the service

You can stop using Orbinio at any time. We may suspend a workspace that breaks these terms, after notice where possible.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the fees you paid in the last 12 months. The free plan is provided as is.

Law

Slovenian law applies. Courts in Ljubljana have jurisdiction.
